Return Policy
If a piece doesn't feel right — in texture, fit, or any other reason — return it within 30 days of delivery. We offer free returns on your first order. After that, a flat $4 return fee applies to offset emissions.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

How to Initiate a Return
Visit the Portal
Log in to your account or enter your order number. Select the items you wish to return.
Print Label
Download and print your prepaid return label. Secure the item in its original packaging if possible.
Drop Off
Drop the package off at any participating carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Exchange Process
We want you to find your perfect fit. If you need a different size or color, initiate a return for the original item and place a new order, or contact our concierge team at hello@texly.com for direct exchange assistance.
What Can & Can't Be Returned
Accepted: Unworn apparel, home textiles (blankets, throws), and accessories in their original condition with tags attached.
Not Accepted: Items worn or washed, items without tags, and final-sale or gift card purchases. Sale items are eligible for return if unworn within the 30-day window.
