Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Absolutely. Texly Circle is month-to-month. You can cancel your subscription directly from your account dashboard or by contacting our concierge team. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you sign up for any tier, you will not be charged until after your 14-day trial period. If you decide it's not for you, simply cancel before the trial ends. If you decide to keep it, your chosen tier's price will be charged at the end of the trial.
Do the discounts apply to sale items?
Yes! Circle member discounts apply to all full-price items and most sale events. However, specific "Member Exclusives" are already priced at a member-exclusive rate and are not discounted further.
Can I combine my membership discount with other promotions?
Generally, membership discounts are applied at checkout and cannot be stacked with other percentage-off coupons. However, you will always receive the lowest price available for that item.
